Marathon Training Plan: Week Two

I will complete my long run (5 miles) from Week One tomorrow, but because I try to unplug as much as possible on the weekends, I am posting this today.

Monday: 3 miles

Wednesday: 4 miles

Thursday: Swim

Friday: 3 miles

Saturday: 6 miles
