Sunday- 13 miles

Monday- 2 miles

Tuesday- 1 mile, Zumba

Wednesday- 2 miles

Thursday- Aqua jogging

Friday- REST

Saturday- 3 miles

Total: 21 miles

This week was a time of recovery in many ways. I am feeling excited for the fun run tomorrow morning–I am going to pick up my race stuff after work today.
