Sickness still had me bogged down this week, and I was up until the wee hours of the morning with uncomfortable ear and sinus pressure. Today I feel a bit better, but I am tired. We’ll see how running goes this evening, I may keep it to a shorter distance than what I normally do on Fridays.
The good news is the weather has taken a turn for the exquisite, and I was able to take a walk yesterday afternoon with nothing but a cardigan on and it felt so good to soak up a little sunny warmth.
