…hope it’s a quick one! No lengthy updates or thoughts for today. Enjoyed a good Zumba class last night; I will run 4 miles tonight. My right knee was a bit tender last night so I iced it after class and indulged my West Wing addiction. Today it feels much better. My intention for tonight’s run is to listen to my body and what it needs. So far, I have kept up with the 30 Day Challenge. I especially enjoy reading posts by other participants on the Facebook page and finding out what everybody is doing. I feel fortunate to live in a town with so many active and healthy people–very inspiring. Have a wonderful Wednesday–Happy Running!
